NEWS! Justice Clarence Thomas’ Wife Calls Anita Hill for an Apology [VIDEO].

Anita Hill has revealed a voicemail message left at her office on Saturday October 9^th at 7:30 in the morning.  The phone call was made by Virginia Thomas, wife of U.S. Supreme Court Justice Clarence Thomas.

In October of 1991, Hill testified that Thomas sexually harassed her when they were colleagues, at his Supreme Court confirmation hearing.  She testified that Thomas spoke to her about pornographic movies of people having sex with animals and bondage films and his sexual prowess.  A married Thomas denied the allegation.  He was confirmed.

The message, referring to the hearings, said, "Good morning, Anita Hill, it's Ginny Thomas. I just wanted to reach across the airwaves and the years and ask you to consider something. I would love you to consider an apology sometime and some full explanation of why you did what you did with my husband. So give it some thought and certainly pray about this and come to understand why you did what you did. OK, have a good day."

This is not the first time she has asked for an apology, in 2007 Virginia Thomas told ABC News, "I hope she one day calls up and apologizes and I look forward to forgiving her."

Anita Hill has said that she forwarded the message to the FBI and also filed a report with the Brandeis University Police.

Mrs. Thomas has confirmed the voicemail by saying, l saying, "I did place a call to Ms. Hill at her office extending an olive branch to her after all these years in hopes that we could ultimately get passed what happened so long ago. Certainly no offense was ever intended."

Hill said that she does not have to apologize for telling the truth and she has been clear for 19 years.
